Several weeks later, and we both have had great results! What were maddening symptoms are almost completely gone already.

Using the Jupiter shampoo and conditioner works well to eliminate flakes and itchiness. Surprised at how thick it was with my initial use that it took a few times to finally gauge the right amount to use. However, it leaves hair flat and lacks volume.
